Our annual International dinner is an opportunity to study a country of interest and bring a dish from that country for a shared international FEAST. The event goes from 4:00-6:30pm

You can bring a project to display or just the dish to share.

This can be as simple or involved as you would like. The venue has tables and chairs for us to use.

There is opportunity to present your country to the group. This could be a speech, showing us a dance from the culture, dressing up in traditional clothing, playing a song... you are free to share with the group or simply display your project. (Please keep presentations to a max of 3 minutes per kid so every one gets a chance to share).

It's been fun to add little flags from the country next to your dish of food (you can add ingredient lists to help those with dietary needs).

If you let me know number of children and which country you are doing I can bring along little "world traveller" passports and stamps from the countries representing.

Note: we are trying a Sunday afternoon this year to accomodate members of our community who found Saturday afternoons hard. Hopefully this suits the majority.
